1. Soak the goji berries in the water.
2. Toast the oats in the oven at 150°C with the agave syrup, stirring every 5 minutes until golden (20 minutes)
3. Toast the pecans in the oven for 5 minutes and blend to a crumb.
4. Toast the seeds in the oven for 5 minutes
5. Mix everything together then push into a tray and chill until firm.
6. To make the frosting, mix all the ingredients together and drizzle over the chilled bars.
7. Top with the goji berries.
8. Cut into 10 portions.
