Hoisin Fried Noodles

Method

1. Cook noodles in 2.5 litres boiling water with soy sauce for 8 minutes until tender.
2. Pan fry bamboo shoots and water chestnuts, noodles and hoisin sauce in a wok for 5 minutes until hot.
3. Arrange in a bowl then top with edamame beans, chilli pepper, toasted sesame seeds and spring onions.
