Method
Steam rice for 15 minutes until fluffy.
Finely slice red chillies.
Deep fry Kalamariz for 3 minutes until crisp.
With the rice as a base, top with Kalamariz, then sauce, chillies and coriander.
Finish with a sprinkle of shichimi powder.
