400g Gold&Green Pulled Oats Veggie Meze Balls
60g Santa Maria kerala spice mix
1x400g coconut milk
25g tomato puree
70g vegetable oil
250g red onion, diced
2x400g tins chopped tomatoes
250g bell peppers, chopped
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
For the garnish:
1600g cooked basmati rice
20g fresh coriander

Sweat the onion and garlic in a thick-based pan with the vegetable oil.
When softened add the peppers and seasoning.
Mix and cook gently for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
Serve with the cooked rice and garnish with the fresh coriander.
