Laos Style Pulled Oats Larb
800g Gold & Green Pulled Oats
15g Chopped Garlic (Puree)
10g Thai 7 Spice Seasoning
4g Chillies - (Crushed)
5g Worcestershire Sauce
10g Lime Juice
15g Golden Caster Sugar
1 Chinese cabbage
2 red chillies
10g Thai basil
2 spring onions

In a pan heat 25ml of vegetable oil.
Add the gold and green oats, Thai spices and garlic to pan.
Cook on a high heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes.
Taste and season with salt if needed.
Mix half of salad ingredients into the pulled oats, add the sugar and lime and mix.
Arrange cabbage on plate as shown.
Arrange pulled oat mixture on cabbage leaves as shown.
Top with remaining chilli
