400g [MOCK] Lamb
200ml Vegan JunkStar Chedda Cheeze Sauce
4 slices Vegan Applewood Slices
1 loaf Sourdough bread
10g baby spinach

Heat up vegan cheeze sauce in a pan, break in the applewood, heat and stir until melted.
Pan fry mock lamb for 4-5 minutes in a little oil until crispy.
Assemble as shown.
