1. Mix the chimichurri with the vegan cream cheese.
2. Heat the sunflower oil in a hot pan then add the NoChicken shawarma and cook for 5 minutes until warmed through and golden brown.
3. Warm the tortillas in the oven.
4. Add the spring onions to the NoChicken shawarma.
5. Spread the cream cheese mix on each of the tortillas then top with lettuce.
6. Add NoChicken and lime zest and juice, wrap and serve.
