160g Vegan Zeastar Shrimpz
300g Pasta - Spaghetti
20g Chopped Garlic (Puree)
800g Chopped Tomato (Cans)

Finely dice onions and sweat in a saucepan with a little oil until soft but not coloured
Add garlic puree and cook for another minute before adding chopped tomatoes
Cook for an hour until thickened then season with salt
Cook spaghetti in boiling water for 12-14 minutes until tender
Pan fry prawns in a little oil until hot before adding the tomato sauce
Serve prawn sauce on spaghetti and top with torn basil
