Scrambled Tofu on Toast

Method

1. Chop tofu for 3-4 minutes (or pulse in food processor) until chunky crumble texture similar to cooked scrambled eggs.
2. Heat 30ml water and 15ml olive oil in a frying pan.
3. Add tofu, salts, turmeric and cook until heated through.
4. Toast sourdough and top with tofu scramble, chopped chives and pepper.
