Seared Tuna Tataki, Miso Kale, Wasabi

  1. Spread a very thin layer of wasabi on the tuna, then sprinkle with wasabi seasoning around all sides.
  2. Wrap in clingfilm and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. When tuna is ready, boil a pan of water, add kale to pan, blanche for 3 minutes.
  4. Drain kale, add miso and stir in until miso melts.
  5. Arrange as shown.
