Seared Tuna Tataki, Miso Kale, Wasabi
160g Vegan Zeastar Sashimi No Tuna
5g Wasabi Paste (Tube)
10g Santa Maria Wasabi & Sesame Spice Mix
10g Shiromiso White Miso
30g Pickled Natural Sushi Ginger

Spread a very thin layer of wasabi on the tuna, then sprinkle with wasabi seasoning around all sides.
Wrap in clingfilm and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
When tuna is ready, boil a pan of water, add kale to pan, blanche for 3 minutes.
Drain kale, add miso and stir in until miso melts.
Arrange as shown.
