Sgaia Meat Feast Pizza

  • Mix the yeast with the warm water and a pinch of caster sugar and leave in a warm place to activate.
  • In a stand mixer add the flour, olive oil and salt and mix together for 1 minutes before adding the yeast mix.
  • Continue to mix on a low speed for 5 minutes until gluten has developed and the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl in a ball.
  • Leave dough in a covered bowl to double in size.
  • Make into an even ball and leave covered in the fridge overnight.
  • Roll out dough thinly into a round pizza shape.
  • Blend together tomatoes and BBQ sauce.
  • Spread sauce on prepared base, add the meats and mozzarisella cheese and bake for 10 minutes in a hot oven.
  • Top with sliced peppers and cheeze sauce.
