Singapore Chilli Noodles, Shrimpz, Tempeh

Method

  1. Bring the water to the boil and add turmeric, add the noodles and boil for 6-8 minutes until cooked
  2. In a small saucepan heat the tom yum paste and mix in the coconut milk
  3. In a hot wok heat the stir fry oil and add halved shrimpz and chopped choi sum and fry for 2 mins
  4. Add tempeh and remaining ingredients and stir fry until cooked
  5. Add the tom yum mix to the bowl and add the noodles on top
