Singapore Chilli Noodles, Shrimpz, Tempeh
160g Tiba Tempeh Organic Sweet Chilli Pieces
200g Thai Flat Rice Noodles 5mm
120g Vegan Zeastar Shrimpz
20g Tom Yum Paste
100g Coconut Milk (Can)
Chiltern Rapeseed Oil - Stir-Fry Blend
10g Thai basil
40g Choi sum
10g Red chillies

Bring the water to the boil and add turmeric, add the noodles and boil for 6-8 minutes until cooked
In a small saucepan heat the tom yum paste and mix in the coconut milk
In a hot wok heat the stir fry oil and add halved shrimpz and chopped choi sum and fry for 2 mins
Add tempeh and remaining ingredients and stir fry until cooked
Add the tom yum mix to the bowl and add the noodles on top
