Turnip, Crispy Seitan & Cider Gratin

Method

  • Peel and thinly slice vegetables.
  • Heat cream and cider with garlic and plenty of salt.
  • Finely grate seitan.
  • Layer all ingredients, except the breadcrumbs, and bake for 90 minutes at 180°C covered in foil.
  • Remove foil, add breadcrumbs and cook for 15 minutes or until crumbs are golden.
